After successfully rezoning this property in Burnaby, we have completed the construction of Phase 3 for the Research and Development Office Building. Phase 3 has added an additional 50,000 sq. ft. with 1 level of underground visitor's parking to the existing building, resulting in a total of 130,000 sq. ft. of potential R&D Office space. The total parking provided exceeds the requirements in the City of Burnaby, offering a total of 375 stalls.


The building is three stories high with a raised ground floor of 16’-0” to accommodate tenants’ research equipment or necessary higher ceiling space. Additionally, an expanded loading bay has been integrated to cater to trucks exceeding a length of 35’0”. The building is also equipped with a 5000 lb. freight elevator, constructed using a combination of Tilt-up Concrete, Metal panels, and Curtain wall construction.
