GILMORE PHASE 3 OFFICE EXPANSION @ 3555 GILMORE WAY
We are currently rezoning this property in Burnaby to realize Phase 3 of this Research and Development Office Building. Phase 3 adds an additional 50,000 sq. ft. with 1 level of underground visitor’s parking to the existing building, making a total of 130,000 sq. ft. of potential R&D Office space. The total parking is well in excess of the requirements in the City of Burnaby for a total of 375 stalls. The building is three storeys high with a raised ground floor of 16’-0” to accommodate for tenants’ research equipment or necessary higher ceiling space. An extended loading bay has been incorporated to accommodate trucks longer than 35’ 0”. The building will also have a 5000 lb. Freight Elevator and will be constructed of Tilt-up Concrete, Metal Panel and Curtain wall construction. The building is scheduled for construction in 2020.
