This project involved an expansion of the office component of the Regional Head Office for McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada Ltd. located in the Willingdon Business Park. The original development was completed in 1987 and comprised 35,000 sq. ft. of office and 10,500 sq. ft. of restaurant. Our role as prime consultant involved designing and overseeing the construction of a two-storey (10,000 sq. ft.) addition to the east of the existing building.
