This project consist of approximately 120,000 square feet of Seniors Housing on prime waterfront property. Based on the Continuum of Care model, this facility will incorporate independent living and assistend living units complete with amenity areas.

Site constraints include: aquatic setback trail system, design around a rock knoll, building setback from waterfront, and stormwater management.

The preservation of the rock knoll became a significant design issue since the knoll was located within the area with the best views. GWA's design solution was to incorporate the knoll into the Building and become the main focal point of the entire development. The resulting architecture was one of inspiration as opposed to simply a building.
