An existing floating marina facility was transformed into a prestigious gourmet food, giftware and marine supply facility serving marina guests, local residents and tourists. The design concept includes a fresh palate and the use of natural materials to enhance the setting. Particular attention was paid to circulation, merchandising and lighting. Also included in the design is a guest services facility to accommodate the needs of the marina patrons.
