Located in the International wing of the Vancouver Airport, the business class lounge for Air Canada was renovated to create a more inviting atmosphere, increase capacity and accommodate a new level of catering for the guests. The space was reconfigured and new custom millwork designed to streamline food and beverage service creating a cyber café. New materials and lightning were introduced and all elements of the lounge were refreshed. Passenger feedback after the renovation confirmed that the modifications have greatly improved the customer experience.
