Gustavson Wylie Architects has provided HSBC Architectural and Design Services for the past 15 years. These projects include large interior office redevelopment to new retail/office projects in various locations. The most recent office development for HSBC is Software House. This HSBC Group Project consists of 8,000 m2 of space planning for various user-groups and includes work stations, breakout space, media rooms, meeting rooms, private offices and a cafeteria. The project goal is to be LEED Certified GOLD and will be completed before December 2009.
