Ritchie Bros Auctioneers is Headquartered in Burnaby British Columbia but the majority of their developments are outside of Canada. Gustavson Wylie Architects Inc. assisted Ritchie Bros Auctioneers to help them setup Prototypical Standard Drawings to be used throughout the world.

Gustavson Wylie Architects Inc. was also priviledged to have been the Architect on Record for one of their largest facility in the World - Grande Praire, Alberta. This facility amalgamated their Industiral Division with their Agricultural Division and resulted in an Auction and Refurbishing Building that was significantly larger than most other facilities. Due to the remote location, creative design input from the Contractor, Kaldon Construction and GWA was necessary in order to design a facility as large as this without sprinklers. A complicated Fire Wall strategy was implemented and together with the Authority having jurisdiction, the facility was completed within a very tight budget.
