This is a new 4,300 sq. ft., one-storey restaurant serving the South Surrey and White Rock areas. It was developed with a unique design incorporating the use of Western Red Cedar and cultured stone to blend in with the surrounding neighborhood. It also features McDonald's new "Face to Face Drive-Thru" and Surrey's "Crime Prevention through Environmental Design" (CPTED) Program. With difficult site planning due to constraints imposed by the landlord and extensive negotiations with the City of Surrey approval was achieved through the use of a rich palette of materials and unique site features.
