In one of the busiest Claim Centres on the island, this Duncan Facility was originally slated for an addition to the rear of the building, but soon became a full scale renovation. The facility doubled in size, but had to remain fully operational during the course of the construction. 2 vehicle bays, new interview rooms, increased office areas, lunchroom, washroom and a new boardroom was added to the facility. The ICBC Project Manager moved the existing staff into the Vehicle Bay for 2 months and allowed a logistical transition from old facility to new.
